Issue 03/2017
Dear Madam or Sir,
“Time we reserve for ourselves is time that pays back in manifold ways.” The quotation of Ernst Ferstl fits very well for this time of the year. In our last newsletter for 2017, we want to look back on time well spent, and on our achievements. We attended a series of trade fairs, at all of which we presented our new and innovative products. These we have developed consisting with the motto “High tech with a human touch”, to be able to constantly present new solutions to our customers. We are moving forward adding support to our teams with new employees. 2017 definitely provided us with more knowledge and motivation for our future! We would like to thank our employees, customers and partners for the trusting cooperation. bielomatik would like to wish you a blessed Christmas Season, a safe and Happy New Year and Prosperous 2018!

With kind greetings from Neuffen –
“City of Plastic Welding and Lubrication”,

Fakuma?
One direct hit!
Our presence at the 25th Fakuma in Friedrichshafen was a full success. It was a trade fair of superlatives: More exhibitors, more presentation space, and more visitors than ever – over 48.000. And among exhibitors from 38 countries: bielomatik. At our booth, we confidently presented something revolutionary: Our advanced LasIR turn2weld was for the first time presented in action – a real eye catcher, with a specifically developed graffiti! And our new remote tool Connected Services providing a direct line to Neuffen.

Human touch from Neuffen?
With global success and a broad portfolio!
We like to pronounce our expertise in many areas of plastic welding. Naturally, we attended all sorts of hot spots this year to present our range of products and services to a wide audience. After Frankfurt, Hof, Fürstenfeld, Hannover and Stuttgart, we concluded the season with a last exhibition in Munich at the tank.tech, a conference of the automotive and its supplier industry. Topics were recent technology developments and innovations in the area of fuel and SCR systems.
Besides our participation at Compamed in Düsseldorf, this autumn season brought us to fairs in the USA and Mexico – the ASSEMBLY SHOW and the Plastimagen. Two wonderful occasions to make bielomatik better known worldwide. Our innovative force and international team score on an international scale. And in the next year, our plastic welding systems will embark on a tour around the globe, as well: On to Russia, India, China, the U.S., Italy, Poland, and of course – the Fakuma again.

Moving too slow?
Innovation picks up speed!
We have received backup – our innovation team now counts three additional bright heads teeming with ideas. Their main tasks are customer-specific and bielomatik innovations independent from day-to-day business. Application engineer Christian Class, tool Design engineer Marcel Waldmann, as well as software developer Matthias Greif build our new Step-up team. The new colleagues will turn their main focus on strategic market development in textiles, fashion and sports. We’re curious what to expect, and looking forward to their first projects.

What did EMO tell us?
We’re leading the way!
As this year’s EMO ended one day before parliamentary elections in Germany started, we prepped our top candidates in the same fashion. At our booth, which had transformed into an electoral information center, visitors experienced why bielomatik is worth the while. Our MQL solution for grinding processes and our new 1-channel system could convinced visitors with powerful arguments.
Here you find a review of the EMO from the Nürtinger Zeitung.

Ready for the future?
Of course, with these apprentices!
We’re always pleased with our trainees – as they seem to be just as happy with us! And we’re highly satisfied, so all our trainees about to finish their apprenticeships now will become a permanent part of bielomatik. In this training year, this comprises four new industry mechanics and two recent electronics technicians. Six new trainees have started in September already. And there are two more electronics technicians we train for our affiliate Leuze electronic GmbH + Co. KG in their first year. The trainees for 2018 are at the ready as well, as all industrial apprenticeships for the next year are staffed.
Education and training are the basis of what constitutes bielomatik – the knowhow and personalities of our employees. This is why this year we invested in the upgrading of course components, in new work positions, as well as in equipment of our electronics trainees. Just as important are the course contents, taught at bielomatik by experienced, full-time trainers: e.g.: The implementation of training plans, further development of personality (for instance, with the help of KNIGGE, or customer contact training), social projects, and the opportunity to work abroad. For example, one of our trainees spent four weeks in the UK with “Go.for.europe”. By employment in various departments inside the company, trainees start working hands-on as early as possible. We thank our colleagues in the various technical departments who make this possible and support our junior staff with a human touch.
Go directly to our career boosts.
